Maybe the support could bring it up, or maybe they only have as much as we do under
settings/billing/login-history which helps very little to nothing in determining that.
If it was me, this must be broken for a long time!
I only identified it because I noticed it was lines not included in my files on record, dated Feb 20th.
I also never use
* constructor, so I'm only guessing here it was probably her copying and pasting some code from somewhere.
